Our life is based on four pillars: prayer, community, intellectual formation, and apostolate.
The first years form every member according to the charism of the community and prepare him for the profession of the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity, and obedience.
Upon these solid foundation, is built the specific formation geared to the Priestly Ordination.

Saint John Paul II affirms that "there is an objective excellence in the consecrated life, which mirrors the very lifestyle of Christ. Precisely for this reason, in the consecrated life there is a special manifestation rich in evangelical goods and a more complete realization of the goal of the Church which is the sanctification of humanity. The third millennium awaits the contribution of the faith and the creativity of hordes of young consecrated men and women so that the world may be made more peaceful and capable of welcoming God, and in Him all his sons and daughters"
(Vita Consecrata, nn.32, 106).

We try to live as much time as possible together during the day: prayer time and meals, apostolate and recreation, every moment is an opportunity to know each other better and to grow in brotherhood.

"How good and how pleasant it is, / when brothers dwell together as one!" (Ps 133:1)
